“Todd Slaughter and his staff are very professional, very kind, and very patient. The kindness Todd gave to us will never be forgotten. He’s truly genuine and really cares about people who have been unfortunate to have an accident and works hard to get compensation for their suffering.”
~ Former Client

During his 40 years of experience, Todd has handled hundreds of cases involving people who were seriously injured, people who lost loved ones and people whose lives were forever changed.

As a trial lawyer, Todd has represented clients injured from automobile accidents, big-rig commercial vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction site accidents, forklift accidents, defective products, dangerous roadways, and fires. His clients have suffered catastrophic injuries including paralysis, traumatic brain damage, painful and disabling spinal conditions, amputations, burns, disfigurement and wrongful death.

These cases have given him insight into the challenges that injury and disability cause that makes it easier for him to communicate with the clients about what they are experiencing and the road ahead.

For Todd, his biggest achievement is the respect and acceptance he continues to receive from his fellow practitioners and judges after more than 40 years of practice.

Todd is an active member of his community.

Over the years, he has been a strong supporter of youth athletics. He was responsible for organizing and inspiring a group of community volunteers to build six youth baseball/softball fields in Redding. For this, Todd was honored with the “Shan Fellow” award given by the Redding Rotary Club Foundation, an award to non-Rotarians in recognition of their significant contribution to the betterment of their community. Todd is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing classical music on the piano.

I was in a terrible auto accident, but the attorneys at Reiner, Slaughter & Frankel were very caring and listened to what I had to say. They kept me updated on what I needed to do and what was happening. I always felt they were working their very best for me. They were very successful in my case.
