On November 18th, Scott Brulc was awarded $1.94 million by a Shasta County jury for head injuries he suffered after he was hit by a man driving a commercial truck while under the influence of marijuana.
After a day of deliberation, the jury awarded the verdict after they found Nicholas Noah and Tubit Enterprises liable for Scott’s injuries.
